Huffaz Kids
Huffaz Kidz is a tahfiz class catered to children 7–12 years old. They start memorizing from the last juz of Al-Qur’an (Juz 30). Children who have reached 12 years of age will be promoted to normal tahfiz class (Weekend Tahfiz / Night Tahfiz).
At the end of the program, students will be able to:
- Memorize more than Juz 30 of Al-Quran
- Recite the memorized surahs with relative fluency
Students can interact with teachers in Malay and English.
- Able to recite Al-Quran
- Minimum age 7 years.
Children below 7 can be considered on case to case basis.
Physical Classes
Saturday: 9 – 11 am (male and female classes)
Saturday: 11 – 1pm (male and female classes)
Sunday: 9 – 11 am (male only class)
Sunday: 11 – 1 pm (female only class)
Online Classes
Sunday: between 9 – 11 am*
Tuesday: between 8 – 10 pm*
Friday: between 8 – 10 pm*
*Teachers will assign specific time to consult students online
Monthly fee : $40
Deposit: $40
Material fee : $5 (for non-online students)
Registration fee : $20 (for new student)
Students can take the free monthly tahfiz test if they have completed memorization of each Juz. The test is centralized at Darul Huffaz premise on last Sunday morning of every month (except if it falls on public holiday).
Only students whose names have been submitted by their teachers are allowed to take the test. The test is optional. Please refer to our Academic Calendar for the dates.
Students who pass the monthly tahfiz exam will be awarded with Result Slip which will be given in pdf format. Students can request for a print-up of their result slips. Students can purchase Darul Huffaz’s Report Book to keep their printed result slips. Students who have completed memorization of all 30 Juz will be awarded a tahfiz certificate.
